Non Award Sector Visa – Subclass 575 Requirements
Non Award Sector Visa applicants are required to:
- be enrolled in a registered Non award foundation studies course or a course or components of a course (other than ELICOS) that does not lead to an award course, as their main course of study;
- depending on their circumstances, show that they genuinely intend to stay in Australia temporarily;
- meet academic requirements;
- meet English language requirements;
- have financial means to support themselves; and
- meet health, insurance and character requirements.
Non Award Sector Visa – Subclass 575 Entitlements
This visa is a temporary visa, allowing you multiple exits and entries to Australia, valid for the duration of your course. If you are granted this visa, you will be permitted to work:
- a maximum of 20 hours per week during term; and
- as much as you like during term breaks.
